Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of sizematter.co.uk.
This website is operated by ALBERT ROAD DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, trading as SizeMatter.
Contact: info@sizematter.co.uk
2. Information only
The website provides general information about environmental decoration, graphics, signage, identification and associated services for aquatic and other demanding environments.
Website content is not a technical specification, quotation, warranty, regulatory approval or professional advice for a particular facility.
Project requirements must be assessed individually, including substrates, environmental conditions, cleaning regimes, access, installation requirements and applicable regulations.
3. Enquiries do not create a contract
Submitting an enquiry or receiving a response does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed.
A contract will arise only when separately agreed in writing by authorised parties, normally through an accepted quotation, proposal or service agreement.
Project scope, price, programme, responsibilities, exclusions and applicable terms will be confirmed separately.
4. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care when preparing website content but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or suitable for every project.
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Images and project concepts
Images may include visual concepts, commissioned imagery, licensed material or computer-generated representations used to illustrate possible environments and applications.
Unless expressly identified as completed client work, an image should not be interpreted as evidence that SizeMatter designed, supplied or installed the depicted project.
Final appearance, materials and performance depend on the actual site, specification and installation.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s branding, layout, written content and original visual material belong to or are licensed for use by SizeMatter.
Visitors may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business evaluation. Content must not be copied, republished, sold, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently
- Attempt to interfere with its security or operation
- Introduce malicious code
- Attempt unauthorised access to the website, server or connected systems
- Use automated tools to overload, scrape or abuse the website
- Submit false, harmful, abusive or unlawful material through the enquiry form
We may restrict access or reject submissions where misuse is suspected.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, availability, security or content, although this does not affect any responsibility we cannot lawfully exclude.
9. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that qualification, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content without obtaining a project-specific assessment or written specification.
These website terms do not replace or override the terms of any separately agreed client contract.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice. Cookies and similar technologies are explained in our Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives an individual the right to bring proceedings elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
12. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The latest version and revision date will be published on this page.
